Obtained from the distillation of grapes grown and vinified in northern and central Italy, this Brandy can rightly be declared “ Traditional Italian Brandy “.
Distilled in small traditional alembics over a discontinuous fire and then matured for 5 years first in oak barrels called "carati" and then in small barriques, this Brandy takes its aroma and flavour precisely from the contact with the ageing barrels previously used for cherry.
The nose offers notes of quince and sultanas, while the bouquet is dominated by ripe cherries and limousin. Overall, a great Brandy to be enjoyed at room temperature in a large ballon.
